Council asks for more air quality tests near pellet mills

Town councillors in Coldstream, B.C., are asking the provincial government to consider more air quality testing near the Tolko Industries and Pinnacle pellet plant operations in Lavington. 

 

Council sent a letter to the province asking for the establishment of additional testing sites to measure background pollution. The current test sites are close to the mills.
