Employee killed at pellet storage facility in Texas

Oct. 24, 2017 - German Pellets is investigating an incident that lead to the death of an employee at a storage facility at the Port of Port Arthur, Texas, last week.
Local media sources report the employee was killed while operating a skidsteer moving pellets out of a silo when some of the material fell on him.
One of five silos at the site collapsed in June from a smouldering issue that began in April.
