Innovente announces appointments of Duval, Glasson

October 16, 2013, Quebec City, Que. - Innovente Inc. has announced the appointment of two new members of their senior executive with Pierre Duval taking over as Vice-President of Projects and Marjorlaine Glasson as the new Vice President of Finance.

Inc. has announced the appointment of two new members of their senior executive with Pierre Duval taking over as Vice-President of Projects and Marjorlaine Glasson as the new Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Duval has over 30 years of experience in management of
major international projects. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of the
Université de Sherbrooke, Mr. Duval served as a senior executive for such major
organizations as Hydro-Québec, Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL) and
SNC-Lavalin. In particular, he managed the construction of nuclear and
hydroelectric power generating stations in Québec, Argentina, Cameroun,
Romania, China, South Africa and Morocco.

"We are delighted that we can now count on Pierre
Duval's expertise to accomplish our two new plant construction projects, in
Trois-Rivières and Matane," said Richard Painchaud, President of
Innoventé. "By this appointment, Innoventé is adopting the necessary means
to carry out these major projects, on time and within budget."

Glasson had already
been appointed to the position of Vice-President of Finance on an interim basis in January 2013. Ms. Giasson has over 15
years of experience in accounting, finance and administration. She has a degree
in Accounting and holds a MBA from Université Laval (Québec). She is also a
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Innovente, based out of Quebec City, Quebec, is a provider of bioenergy
solutions for small communities using organic waste from homes and
businesses.
